Blackbird Construction ("we," "us," "our"), a DBA of ZOG Construction LLC, respects your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

Name, phone number, email address, mailing address, and project details you provide through our website forms, by phone, or in person.

We also collect basic technical information automatically when you visit the site, such as your browser type, device type, and the pages you view. This is used to keep the site working and to understand which pages are useful. It is not used to identify you personally.

How we use your information

To respond to your inquiries, prepare estimates, schedule and manage projects, and send related updates, reminders, and follow-up messages.

SMS and text messaging

By providing your phone number and opting in, you consent to receive text messages from Blackbird Construction regarding your project, estimates, and appointments. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help.

No mobile information will be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from us.

Types of messages we send. Messages relate to your specific project or inquiry. These include replies to your questions, estimate and quote information, appointment scheduling and reminders, scheduling changes, and job progress updates. We do not send recurring marketing or promotional text campaigns.

How to stop. Reply STOP to any message from us and you will be unsubscribed. You will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, after which we will send no further texts to that number. If you want to rejoin, reply START or contact us and opt in again.

Carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers (such as hosting, scheduling, and communications tools) as needed to run our business, and as required by law.

Where a service provider handles your information on our behalf, they are permitted to use it only to provide that service to us, and not for their own marketing.

How long we keep it

We keep the information you give us for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry, complete your project, and meet our legal and record keeping obligations. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

Your choices

You may opt out of text messages anytime by replying STOP. Contact us to update or delete your information.

Children

This website and our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes to this policy

If we update this policy we will change the date at the top of this page.
