Each city runs its own building department, its own plan review, and its own inspection scheduling. A builder who has been through a city's process knows what it will flag before it flags it.
Utah County runs from the lake bed to the mountain benches in a few miles. High water table near Utah Lake, expansive clay in the valley, rock and slope up against the Wasatch. Foundations and drainage follow the ground, not the floor plan.
Setbacks, height limits, and design review vary by city, and plenty of subdivisions add an HOA architectural committee on top. Better to find that out during design than during framing.

The twelve cities above are where most of our work sits, not a boundary we refuse to cross. Larger projects justify a longer drive.
