Project two

Whole-home renovation and addition

The same house, rebuilt. A full re-clad and re-roof, new windows throughout, a rear addition with a covered porch and second-floor deck, and a gut of the kitchen, living room, baths, and bedrooms.

Front elevation

Same footprint, completely different house. New siding, roof, windows, entry, and a stone retaining wall out front.

Rear elevation and addition

This is where the addition shows. A covered porch below, a full deck above, and new glazing across the back.

Kitchen

Dark cabinets and a cramped galley became an open kitchen with a full island and professional appliances.

Living room

Wallpaper and a heavy surround replaced by a rebuilt fireplace with custom built-ins on both sides.

Detached garage

The garage was brought into the same material language rather than left behind, which is what sells a whole-property job.

Back yard

A pool and full hardscape went in behind the house.

Commercial and multi-family work is not shown yet

Danny has run both. We simply do not have photographs of it yet, and we would rather show an empty slot than pass residential work off as commercial.
